Cal and Oregon State are the only teams that control their Rose Bowl destiny:

Cal wins out and they go to the Rose Bowl

Oregon State wins out and they go to the Rose Bowl

Southern Cal needs to win out and for Oregon State to lose one game

Southern Cal, Oregon, and Cal are all bowl eligible. Stanford, Oregon State, and Arizona need one more win to become bowl eligible.
