Stadium Overview:

Atmosphere:

Probably the lowest rating in the Pac 10 in terms of atmosphere.  That stadium has had a good deal of upgrades as of late which makes it a comfortable place to watch a college football (if you can get here..)

Student Section:

Not particular loud.

Visitor Section:

Prior to the upgrade which added seats to this end of the stadium the seats a great view of the action.

Location:

Corvallis is the middle of nowhere.  Getting here can be a challenge.  Hour plus drive from Portland and less than an our from the metropolis of Eugene.

History:

Reser Stadium and history.... It is named after the owners of Reser Fine Foods.

Overview:

This is not a bad place to watch a game if you do not mind the remote location, the rain, and the ugly shade of orange that fills the stadium.  The stadium is a nice facility that has gone through extensive renovations.

Interesting Fact:

Reser Stadium boasts the largest video board in the Pac-10.  Bring your rain coat if you plan on seeing Bears play the Beavers in November.

I have been to many Cal games at Reser. A thing that is worth pointing out is that Oregon State fans are amongst the friendliest in the Pac10 - the complete opposite of Oregon fans.
I've been there for blowout wins as well as losses, and the OSU fans were gracious before and after both types of games.
